Each brownie measures 4 inches x 4 inches. They are wrapped to protect freshness. Since they are wrapped you can easily freeze them for those times when unexpected guests arrive. Because they are wrapped you can give them as gifts.

Our candies are made from scratch with pure love and, of course, great ingrediants.
Many of our candies come old fashioned recipes pasted down from generation to generation.
Low calorie is not in our dictionary when we prepare our candies.
Don’t see something you want, please keep checking back. We are altering the recipes past down through generations in order to use ingrediants that we can find in today’s world. We are, also, developing new recipes all the time.

Hillbilly Goodies has been making “homemade” jams, jellies, and butters since 2000. We started making strawberry jam as gifts for our friends and neighbors. When all our friends and neighbors begged for more we knew we had hit on something!
Today we make over 30 varieties of jams, jellies, and butters. Depending on the season you will never know what we will have available. Because strawberry jam helped us get our start we will always have it available.
Our jams, jellies, and butters are made from “real” fruit, not the processed stuff. Weather you use toast, oatmeal, sandwich bread, or our favorite “biscuits” these jellies, jams, and butters are sure to add a little “something” to your “something”!

Hillbilly Goodies is a family owned and Christian run business. We began in the fall of 2000 making candy bouquets and fudge to sell at a large craft show. Both were a huge hit and we have expanded ever since.
We still make candy bouquets upon request but have turned our focus on our homemade candies, jams, jellies, and baked goods.
When you order our products you are getting the freshest product possible, short of sitting in our kitchens and gobbling it up as it is made. Our products are largely made using tried and true family recipes.
We are aware that our prices are more than the large chain stores; this is because we produce our products in small batches. This allows us to maintain quality control and to provide you with the best tasting product. If you ever order anything that does not meet your expectations in taste and/or appearance, please feel free to contact us. Customer service is one of our top priorities.
